I like the fact that it is small, light weight, portable and runs off of batteries. This would also be good to take along camping. Never know when you could use it for the truck, camper or put air in the bicycle tires.

I like how quiet it is which will be nice for using in the house on small work and battery powered is still surprising. Plus as small as it is you can have one for the car and tucked in every room of the house!

I like how you are able to use different capacity batteries at the same time. That makes the tool even more versatile than it already is! Added bonus, its pretty quiet too! #TeamRidgid

I like how compact it is, would be easy to store in a fully packed garage to be able to use to air up car or bike tires

I like how compact and quiet the unit is, easy to move around for smaller jobs and you dont have a giant compressor ringing in your ear while you’re working.

WOW! Such a small unit but powerful. It can go in the trunk and be ready to be used to fill up a flat to get you to where you need to be to get it fix. And of course to have it on a job site where no power is located. But what I don’t like is the expense of the type of battery packs needed. 4.0’s are not cheap. And hopefully the batteries will last for an hour. Otherwise, very nice.

Leave it to Rigid to pave the way for other companies to follow.

Yea, I’m thinking one battery would last about 20 minutes in continues use. You would probably want two 5 amp hour battery’s to get any long term use out of it. Still a great idea and much better than a battery inflator. I’m in for one when they go on sale. lol

I Love that it is so light weight. I also love the fact that you use battery packs to power it. That is very convenient to use if no power is available. Overall, Nice looking unit!!

I like the quiet operation and the portability. Great for taking along to campsite. Inflate bike tires and tubes for floating at the lake. No extension cords all over at the job site.

    I LIKE!
this would be the perfect little compressor for me…I am almost totally “cord free” but I still have my table saw for work that I need power for. This would be perfect for running that saw when I am building decks out in the country in the summer time!!!

I like the cordless aspect. Also, the quietness. This would be a good addition to a handyman contractor. As always the downside will be battery life. To get around this challenge will be spending the money to buy additional batteries.

I love this little guy! Been waiting for a good cordless one to come on the market, I happen to have a ridgid hyper battery and a charger I got a deal on and now it looks like I may have found a use for them. 🙂 I think this would be great for keeping my tires topped off and every once in a while it would come in handy for quick jobs with my air tools. I love the idea of cordless compressors and somtimes it ain’t easy dragging a big compressor around, (of course I could use a new one of those too) LOL. I’m definitely in for one of these 18v ones but I’ll probably hold out for a sale.

I like the small size and battery power. I could use this when I work with my lathe and have a bowl full of shavings to blow out while wearing a mask.
