Thread: 4" flex drain pipe for dust collector.

    I wouldn't recommend it for long runs to the dust collector, but I think you could use it to connect to the trunk line going to the dc. I think most of us with small shops wouldn't notice the loss of vacuum and mine run across the ground, not across the ceiling. I don't find the wood chips to build up in the corrugated pipe like I thought it would either. My shop is only 16' x 20'.

    I still have to move the large craftsman jointer that is going on the next trip to the auction since I need all the room I can get. I have a steel welding bench that I have to take to my best washing machine dads till my son get his house. I did best inverter ac manage to get some pictures of my flex drain pipe that is hooked up to the table
